Humana seeks a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to guide SRE transformation with AI-powered ops and automation. You will partner with technology leaders and engineering teams to scale AIOps and reduce toil across the enterprise.

You will lead small teams, drive strategic milestones for the AIOps program, and interact with Humana executives to shape functional strategies while delivering measurable improvements in reliability and efficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
• Experience creating and presenting metrics, dashboards, trend analysis, and executive-level updates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to drive strategic outcomes.
• Passion for innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and enhancing customer experiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs with measurable business results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead small teams to advance automation footprint within the SRE organization.
• Drive milestones for the enterprise AIOps program and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, quality, and marketing teams to analyze and resolve issues.
• Lead products from design completion to volume production release.
• Advise executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance.
• Perform tests to verify and validate product designs.
• Ensure production schedules are followed and products meet specifications and quality requirements.
