Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to improve our AIOps strategy and expand automation enterprise-wide.

You will lead small teams, work across design engineering, testing, and product teams, and report to executives on progress and impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
Experience creating and presenting metrics, dashboards, trend analysis, and executive-level updates.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to drive strategic outcomes.
Passion for innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and enhancing customer experiences.
Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs with measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Lead Site Reliability Engineering transformation initiatives and AIOps program milestones.
Direct small teams to advance automation footprint across the SRE org.
Collaborate with design engineering and test teams from design to production release.
Provide technical support across product engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
Advise executives on functional strategies and drive measurable business outcomes.
Develop and present metrics, dashboards, and executive updates on progress.
