Job summary

Humana is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of automation platforms across multiple domains, including RPA and infrastructure automation. The role emphasizes operational excellence, system stability, incident management, and continuous improvement to enable development teams to deliver new automation capabilities.

The SRE coordinates testing, QA, configuration, installation, and support to ensure smooth deployments and updates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
2+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
Experience with production automation platforms in large-scale enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

Monitor health, availability, and performance of automation platforms and production services.
Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations to minimize disruptions.
Improve observability through monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and reporting.
Partner with development teams to enhance reliability, scalability, and operational readiness.
Support deployment, testing, configuration, and release activities across automation solutions.
Drive automation of operational processes to reduce manual effort and improve stability.
Identify and remediate production risks while implementing best reliability practices.
