- Experience with production support, deployments, monitoring, and incident response.
Responsibilities
- Monitor health, availability, and performance of automation platforms.
- Lead incident response and root-cause analysis to minimize outages.
- Improve observability with dashboards, alerts, and reports.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve reliability and readiness.
- Support deployment, testing, configuration, and releases.
- Automate operational processes to reduce manual effort.
- Identify production risks and apply reliability best practices.
