Milliman, Inc. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Manager to lead strategic relationships with large health plans and payer entities. You will drive retention and revenue growth through analytics-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with Product, Implementation, and Support teams to ensure value realization and smooth onboarding, while communicating the value of MedInsight solutions to executives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or strategic consulting within healthcare analytics or healthcare technology.
• Strong knowledge of payer landscape including Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, commercial plans, TPAs and ACOs.
• Proven track record managing large, complex accounts with retention and growth.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for strategic enterprise clients, understanding objectives and analytics needs.
• Build executive relationships within payer organizations to foster long-term partnerships.
• Lead regular client meetings, QBRs, and planning sessions to ensure value realization.
