SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Commissioning Manager, Preconstruction, to lead Testing & Commissioning for PV, BESS, and HV from BD through LNTP. This role oversees estimates, scope, schedules, and exhibits, coordinating with Preconstruction, Engineering, and Contracts.

The position can be fully remote or hybrid with an in-office presence in the San Diego, CA Office, with location details discussed in interviews.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years in commissioning utility-scale electrical or renewable-energy projects.
• Experience reviewing EPC contracts, commissioning exhibits, specifications and acceptance requirements.
• Proven ability to develop commissioning estimates, schedules and plans with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of PV, BESS, HV, and SCADA commissioning interfaces.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, technical writing and client-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own the commissioning workstream during BD through LNTP, coordinating technical, commercial, estimating, and planning inputs.
• Partner with Preconstruction and SMEs to integrate commissioning scope, estimates, and schedules.
• Lead development and presentation of SOLV’s commissioning requirements to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain commissioning plans, risk reviews, and evidence of completion; ensure alignment with contract and standards.
• Prepare and manage commissioning exhibit content, scope language, assumptions, and exclusions.
• Handoff commissioning deliverables to CPM & Portfolio Delivery with clear contractual requirements and schedules.
• Lead client communications on scope, risks, assumptions, and decisions; document follow-up actions.
