Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. seeks a Sr. Account Executive, Managed IT & Security Services to drive growth in IT services across multiple regions from a remote home office. The role targets C-level engagements to uncover high-impact IT solutions and close strategic deals.

You will collaborate with sales, solutions architects, and pre-sales to tailor proposals, deliver compelling presentations, and maintain CRM records while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, plus 5 years of related experience.
• Combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, business administration or similar.
• Industry experience should include three or more years in IT sales or consulting.
• Travel is regular to customer sites; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• Occasionally attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our IT services and generate fresh business prospects.
• Overall knowledge of IT systems and technologies (Servers, Storage, Public Cloud, Networking, VOIP, Security Solutions).

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new IT managed services opportunities and engage with prospective clients at C-level to understand needs and objectives.
• Lead with the broader sales team to maximize outreach and leverage existing client relationships.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to create tailored responses and proposals.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing service capabilities and competitive advantages.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
