Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Sr. Account Executive for Managed IT & Security Services to drive growth across the U.S. regions.

Remote work from a home office is supported, with travel to customer sites as needed. The successful candidate will lead sales, develop tailored proposals, and nurture executive relationships. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in IT sales or consulting, preferably with MSP experience. Base salary is disclosed, with eligible commissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, plus 5 years of related experience.
• Combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, business administration or similar.
• Industry experience should include three or more years in IT sales or consulting.
• Experience working for a Managed IT Services or Managed Security Services Provider an asset.
• Regular travel is required to customer sites (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record).
• Occasionally attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote IT services.
• Overall knowledge of IT systems and technologies (Servers, Storage, Public Cloud, Networking, VOIP, Security Solutions, etc.).
• This role includes a base salary in the range $92,210–$138,080 annually with potential commission.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers for managed IT services to drive growth.
• Engage with C-level clients to understand IT needs and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the broader sales team to maximize outreach and leverage client relationships.
• Work with Solutions Architects to tailor proposals and presentations highlighting Canon’s capabilities.
• Deliver presentations and proposals showcasing service capabilities and competitive advantages.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports in the CRM.
• Cultivate relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
