Job summary

Canon U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Sr. Account Executive, Managed IT & Security Services to drive growth across the U.S. with remote work flexibility. Travel to customer sites will be required, and you will lead engagements with C-level clients to identify IT needs and opportunities.

You will collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to tailor proposals, deliver compelling presentations, and maintain CRM records to nurture existing relationships and win new business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, plus 5 years of related experience.
• Combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, business administration or similar.
• Industry experience should include three or more years in IT sales or consulting; MSP/MSP asset.
• Regular travel to customer sites (valid driver's license and clean driving record).
• Occasionally attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote IT services and generate prospects.
• Overall knowledge of IT systems and technologies (Servers, Storage, Public Cloud, Networking, VOIP, Security).

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers for managed IT services to drive growth.
• Engage with prospective clients at C-level to understand IT needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and solutions teams to maximize outreach and tailor proposals.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to create tailored responses for proposals.
• Deliver presentations and proposals showcasing capabilities and advantages.
• Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM and build client relationships.
