Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator to join our remote team in the United States. The role focuses on operational support for manufacturers, payors, and strategic partners, with a view to developing long‑term account strategy and ensuring high‑quality patient care.

The TCSC will liaise with Lumicera and clients to drive operational excellence, retention, and growth while addressing contract and reporting issues and coordinating with the Trade Account Executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto policy.
• Knowledge of PBM, specialty pharmacy or health care industry preferred.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize to meet client needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client program meetings to provide status updates and resolve access issues.
• Pull reports and deliver facts-based presentations to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure plans exist to mediate unmet guarantees and debrief with internal departments.
• Be primary contact for daily tasks and status inquiries; support client implementation.
• Facilitate resolution of escalated client issues; travel to client sites up to 10%.
