Sumitomo Pharma America (SMPA) is seeking a Territory Sales Manager – Specialty to drive growth in assigned regions, build strong clinical relationships with physicians, and expand market share for oncology, urology, and related therapies. You will leverage clinical expertise, market access insights, and a strategic plan to meet sales targets while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, with two or more years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proven top-ranked sales performance (top 25% nationally).
• Experience in Urology and pharmaceutical launches.
• Knowledge of market access formulary positioning and pull-through/push-through strategies.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed sales objectives and grow market share within the assigned territory.
• Establish deep relationships with key accounts based on clinical and market insights.
• Travel throughout territory; overnight stays and weekends as needed (~20%).
• Provide clinical expertise and market dynamics analysis to support sales strategies.
• Ensure administrative tasks (call reporting, expense reports, training modules) are completed accurately and on time.
