Job summary

Sumitomo Pharma America (SMPA) is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager – Specialty. You will be the face of SMPA to customers across assigned accounts, driving sales objectives and market share in the specialty portfolio.

This remote role requires deep clinical expertise, a track record of top sales performance in pharma, and the ability to travel 60–80% of the time. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with compliance at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related area with two or more years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience working within Urology.
• Experience with a pharmaceutical launch.
• Knowledge of market access formulary positioning, including pull-through and push-through.

Responsibilities

• Establish deep and meaningful business relationships based on clinical and market dynamics.
• Increase market share by closing new business in new and existing accounts.
• Support sales results with clinical expertise and compliant resource utilization.
• Assess product/competitor trends and market dynamics.
• Collaborate and communicate with team members.
