Job summary

Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, seeks an Intake Specialist I for the Specialty Pharmacy to enroll new patients and ensure accurate patient records. The role centers on calling patients, gathering demographics, allergies, medication history, and payer details to facilitate dispensing.

Hours are 8am–7pm Mon–Thu and 8am–6pm Fri; remote work is offered to residents in a wide set of states, including Nevada.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to contact patients and physicians to enroll in specialty services.
• Accurate translation of prescription information for dispensing systems.
• Experience supporting prior authorizations and payer communications if possible.

Responsibilities

• Place calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services and collect billing information.
• Assist providers and insurers with triaging prior authorizations and supporting processes.
