Job summary

Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is seeking a Remote Intake Specialist I to enroll new Specialty Pharmacy patients and ensure complete records. This Monday–Friday position requires national and state licensure (CPhT) and a current license on your resume.

You will handle patient outreach, data entry in dispensing software, payer information, and coordination with doctors and insurers. The role supports patient care and adheres to federal/state laws with strict ethics.

Qualifications

• National and state CPhT registration/licensure required and visible on resume.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled hours; 8am–7pm M–Th and 8am–6pm Fri.

Responsibilities

• Place calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services including copay assistance and billing.
• Answer inbound calls from patients and providers.
• Contact doctors to obtain information and manage workflows.
• Ensure accurate documentation and comply with laws and ethics.
• Assist with triaging prior authorizations and other duties as needed.
