Job summary

Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is seeking an Intake Specialist I for our Specialty Pharmacy to enroll new patients and maintain accurate records, including demographics, allergies, and payer information.

This role focuses on outbound calls to patients and doctors, transferring prescription details to dispensing software, and assisting with prior authorizations and referrals as needed. Remote work is available for eligible residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• National CPhT and/or registration/licensure required by state.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred.
• Hours: 8am–7pm Mon–Thu, 8am–6pm Fri.

Responsibilities

• Place calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services (care management, copay programs, billing info).
• Assist providers and insurers with triaging prior authorizations.
