Lumicera Health Services is hiring a remote Intake Specialist I to enroll new Specialty Pharmacy patients and manage payer information. The role requires national and state licensure and is performed remotely from a US location.

The position operates Monday–Friday with shifts spanning early mornings to evenings (6am CST to 7pm CDT). Candidates must have pharmacy support experience and clear licensure on their resume.

Qualifikationen

• National and state CPhT and/or registration/licensure required and visible on your resume.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work scheduled hours; shifts may vary; 8am to 7pm Mon–Thu and 8am to 6pm Fri.

Aufgaben

• Place phone calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services including care management and copay assistance.
• Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Contact doctors to obtain necessary information.
• Manage the assigned workflow queues.
• Document information and prescription order setup accurately.
• Comply with applicable laws and high ethical standards.
• Other duties as assigned
