Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is seeking an Intake Specialist I to enroll new Specialty Pharmacy patients and ensure complete patient records. You will call patients, coordinate with doctors, and translate prescription information for dispensing.

The role supports prior authorizations and may assist other pharmacy areas as needed. Remote work is available for residents in listed states, including Utah.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• National CPhT and/or registration/licensure required per employee’s residing state’s requirements.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled hours; shifts may vary; hours of operation 8am–7pm Mon–Thu and 8am–6pm Fri.

Responsabilidades

• Place phone calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services including patient support, copay assistance, and billing information.
• Translate prescription information for dispensing and assist with triaging prior authorizations as needed.
• Support other areas of the facility as required.
