Job summary

Lumicera is seeking a remote Specialty Pharmacy Pharm Tech and Intake Specialist to support enrollment and patient records. The role focuses on capturing demographics, allergies, medication history, payer info, and coordinating with doctors and insurers.

The position requires national and state licensure, at least two years in pharmacy support or healthcare, and the ability to work 8am–7pm Monday through Thursday and 8am–6pm Friday. This is a remote role under Lumicera’s patient support services.

Qualifications

• Must include national and state licensure information on resume
• Minimum two years pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred
• Hours: 8am–7pm Mon–Thu and 8am–6pm Fri

Responsibilities

• Place calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients
• Enroll patients into specialty services (care management, copay assistance, billing)
• Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals
• Contact doctors to obtain necessary information
• Manage the assigned workflow queues
• Document information and prescription order setup accurately
• Comply with all applicable laws and high ethical standards
• Other duties as assigned
