Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is hiring an Intake Specialist I for our Specialty Pharmacy. You will enroll new patients, collect demographics and payer information, and translate prescription data for dispensing in our pharmacy system.

You will contact patients and providers by phone or fax, support prior authorizations, and assist with enrollment into patient care programs. This role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and compassionate patient service within a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• National CPhT registration or licensure per state requirements.
• Minimum two years of pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enroll new Specialty Pharmacy patients and ensure records are complete.
• Place calls to patients and providers to obtain/verify information.
• Assist with prior authorizations and payer communications as needed.
