Job summary

Lumicera is adding a remote Specialty Pharmacy Pharm Tech and Intake Specialist to our team. We are looking to fill several positions between now and January to support our continued growth. This is a Monday-Friday position.

YOUR RESUME MUST INCLUDE BOTH YOUR NATIONAL AND STATE LICENSE INFORMATION. We are unable to hire unlicensed individuals for this position. Both state and national licensure are required.

Qualifications

• National and state CPhT and/or registration/licensure required and visible on your resume.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Placing phone calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enrolling patients into specialty services including care management, copay assistance, and billing information.
• Answering inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Contacting doctors to obtain necessary information.
• Managing the assigned workflow queues.
• Documentation of information and prescription order setup.
• Compliance with federal and state laws and ethical standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
