Lumicera Health Services is expanding its remote Specialty Pharmacy team and seeks a Remote Intake Specialist I. You will enroll new patients, collect demographics, allergies, medication history, payer information, and coordinate with providers to triage prior authorizations.

The role requires national and state licensure, pharmacy tech certification, and excellent communication. Work hours are 6am–7pm CST/CDT, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• National and state CPhT and/or registration/licensure required and visible on your resume.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled hours; 8am–7pm Mon–Thu and 8am–6pm Fri.
• The resume must show both national and state licensure.

Responsabilidades

• Place calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services including care management and copay programs.
• Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals.
• Contact doctors to obtain necessary information for prescriptions and authorizations.
• Manage the assigned workflow queues and document information accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and uphold high ethical standards.
