Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is expanding its remote Specialty Pharmacy Pharm Tech and Intake Specialist team to support growth. This Monday–Friday role requires national and state licensure, and prior pharmacy support experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• Some college preferred.
• National and state CPhT licensure/registration required and visible on your resume.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Hours of operation are 8am to 7pm Monday through Thursday and 8am to 6pm on Friday; shifts may vary based on department needs.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Aufgaben

• Place phone calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services including patient care management, copay assistance programs, and billing information.
• Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Contact doctors to obtain necessary information.
• Manage the assigned workflow queues and ensure accurate documentation of information and prescription orders.
• Assist with triaging prior authorizations for patients of the specialty pharmacy.
• Support other areas in the facility as needed.
