Lumicera Health Services is expanding its remote Specialty Pharmacy team and seeks a remote Intake Specialist I to enroll new patients and manage records. You will translate prescription information, support prior authorizations, and ensure accurate payer data within our dispensing workflow.

Candidates must hold national and state CPhT licensure and have pharmacy or healthcare experience; shifts run 6am-7pm CST to CDT with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• National and state CPhT and/or registration/licensure required.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support or healthcare experience.
• Ability to work scheduled hours; shifts may vary by department needs.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsabilidades

• Enrolling new Specialty Pharmacy patients and ensuring all pertinent patient information is in the record.
• Translate prescription information and assist with dispensing in the pharmacy software.
• Assist providers and insurers with prior authorizations for patients.
• Support other areas of the facility as needed with pharmacy technician duties.
• Place calls to patients and prescribers to gather or confirm information.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of prescription orders.
