Lumicera Health Services, a remote specialty pharmacy team powered by Navitus, is seeking a remote Intake Specialist I to enroll new patients and manage records.

You will translate prescription details, assist with prior authorizations, and coordinate with doctors and insurers while maintaining compliance and high ethical standards.

This Monday–Friday role requires national and state CPhT licensure and strong customer service in a healthcare setting.

Formación

• National and state CPhT and/or registration/licensure required and visible on your resume.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled hours; shifts may vary based on department needs.

Responsabilidades

• Place calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services including care management and copay assistance.
• Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals.
• Contact doctors to obtain necessary information.
• Manage assigned workflow queues and document accurately.
• Comply with federal and state laws and maintain high ethical standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
