Lumicera Health Services, powered by Navitus, is seeking an Intake Specialist I for its specialty pharmacy team. The role focuses on enrolling new patients, collecting comprehensive demographics and payer details, and ensuring records are complete for dispensing in our pharmacy software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• National CPhT registration and/or state licensure as per residing state.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred.
• Hours may vary; 8am–7pm Mon–Thu and 8am–6pm Friday.

Responsibilities

• Place calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services (care management, copay assistance, billing).
• Translate prescription information for dispensing in software accurately.
• Assist providers and insurers with triaging prior authorizations.
