Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is hiring a remote Intake Specialist I and Specialty Pharmacy Tech to support patient enrollment and data accuracy for dispensing medications. This role emphasizes accurate data capture, payer information, and coordinating with providers and insurers.

The position requires national and state CPhT licensure, a high school diploma or GED, and at least two years of healthcare exposure. Work hours are Monday–Friday with a remote setup and compliance with all regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• National and state CPhT registration/licensure required and visible on resume.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support or healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled hours; shifts may vary; 8am–7pm M–Th and 8am–6pm Fri.
• Must include national and state licensure information on the resume.
• Must interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Place calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services including copay assistance and billing.
• Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals.
• Contact doctors to obtain necessary information.
• Manage the assigned workflow queues and document entries.
• Assist with information translation for dispensing in the software.
• Adhere to federal and state laws and maintain high ethical standards.
