Lumicera Health Services is expanding its remote Specialty Pharmacy team. The Intake Specialist I will enroll patients into specialty services, verify demographics and payer info, and coordinate communication with doctors and patients to support medication dispensing.

The role requires national and state CPhT licensure, a high school diploma or GED (some college preferred), and at least two years of pharmacy support or healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• National and state CPhT and/or registration/licensure required and visible on your resume.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Ability to work scheduled hours; shifts may vary; hours of operation 8am–7pm Mon–Thu and 8am–6pm Fri.

Responsabilités

• Place calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services including care management and copay programs.
• Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and healthcare professionals.
