Lumicera Health Services remote Intake Specialist I role supports enrolling new specialty patients and ensuring all patient data is captured accurately. You will contact doctors and patients via phone or fax, translate prescription information into dispensing software, and assist with prior authorizations as needed.

We require national and state licensure (CPhT) and at least two years in pharmacy support or healthcare. Typical schedule is 6am-7pm CST/CDT, Monday through Friday.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• National and state CPhT and/or registration/licensure required.
• Minimum two years pharmacy support experience or healthcare environment experience.
• Ability to work scheduled hours (8am-7pm Mon-Thu, 8am-6pm Fri).
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Place phone calls to new and existing Specialty Pharmacy patients.
• Enroll patients into specialty services (care management, copay assistance, billing).
• Answer inbound calls from patients, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Contact doctors to obtain necessary information.
• Manage the assigned workflow queues.
• Document information and prescription order setup accurately and thoroughly.
• Act in accordance with applicable laws and high ethical standards.
• Other duties as assigned
