The role requires 7+ years in healthcare sales with LDT experience, travel up to 75%, and residence in Texas. Base salary ranges with incentives; remote US roles supported.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare sales with 3+ years selling Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in complex, multi-state environments.
• Experience launching new LDTs and managing large territories independently.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales targets across diverse customer base and NavDx portfolio.
• Drive account growth via product launches, expanded usage, and tailored marketing support.
• Educate customers on NavDx value, safety, and indications; identify opportunities and resolve challenges.
