Job summary

CareDx is seeking a Specialty Oncology Sales Representative for Detroit to drive NavDx adoption in HPV-driven cancers. You will engage oncologists and surgeons, manage a multi-state territory, and support implementation to optimize patient care.

The role requires 7+ years in healthcare sales (5+ in startup settings preferred), 3+ years selling LDTs, and up to 75% travel. Remote US-based, base salary with incentives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare sales with strong track record of exceeding targets.
• 3+ years selling Laboratory Developed Tests (LDTs) to cancer care providers preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets across a diverse customer base and NavDx product portfolio.
• Drive new and existing account growth via product launches and expanded usage.
• Educate customers on NavDx value, safety, and indications; identify opportunities and resolve challenges.
• Engage in consultative selling to secure stakeholder buy-in and support implementation to drive long-term utilization.
• Manage territory (South Florida) with strategic call planning, Salesforce CRM, and timely follow-through.
• Represent CareDx with professionalism and strong ethical standards.
