Oscar Medical Group is hiring fluent Spanish-speaking Physician Assistants to join our remote Virtual Health Assessment team. You will engage Oscar Health Insurance members in virtual evaluation and management visits and collaborate with the care team.

This full-time remote role offers day shifts with potential travel for meetings and events. Competitive pay, benefits, and vacation are provided. DNP/FNP/ENP/PA with board cert and virtual care exp is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
• Board certification in NCCPA/AANP/ANCC.
• 3+ years outpatient Family/Internal/Primary Care.
• 2+ years delivering virtual care.
• Licensed in at least 2 Oscar States (GA required; TX/FL/OH preferred).
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority with Physicians on the care team.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and communications with patients.
• Utilize remote exams and home monitoring tools.
• Participate in collaborative care with nurses, MAs, PCPs, and others.
• Attend meetings and contribute to service-line improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
