Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is hiring fluent Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioners to join our remote Virtual Health Assessment team. You will work with Oscar Health Insurance members in evaluation and management visits, reporting to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment.

This is a remote role with 4-day or 5-day schedules and a range of shifts, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, across multiple states. The position requires NP/PA credentials, board certification, 3+ years outpatient experience, 2+ years

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
• 3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority as part of a collaborative practice agreement with Physicians.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with patients and other providers.
• Utilize remote home monitoring tools for virtual examinations.
• Participate in collaborative care teams and required meetings to support patient care.
