Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is hiring fluent Spanish-speaking Physician Assistants for its remote Virtual Health Assessment team. The role involves delivering virtual care to Oscar Health Insurance members, with supervision from the Director, Virtual Health Assessment.

Full-time, 5 days a week, day/evening shifts from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, remote from home in multiple US states. Requirements include a DNP/FNP/ENP/PA, board certification, 3+ years outpatient experience, 2+ years virtual care, and licensure

Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from accredited program.
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).
• 3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care.
• Licensed in a minimum of 2 Oscar States (Must have FL License; TX and/or GA Licenses preferred).
• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting
• Use prescriptive authority as part of a collaborative practice agreement, consulting with Physicians for complex care
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed loop communication with patients and providers
• Use remote exams and home monitoring tools for virtual care
• Collaborate with care team members including RNs, MAs, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians
• Attend meetings to support patient care (huddles, case conferencing, All Hands)
• Provide feedback to improve operational workflows and product features
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
