Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is seeking fluent Spanish-speaking Physician Assistants for its remote Virtual Health Assessment team. You will provide high-quality virtual care, collaborate with physicians, and manage patients through remote exams and home monitoring tools.

The role requires DNP/FNP/ENP/PA qualification with board certification and at least 3+ years in outpatient care, plus 2+ years in virtual care. Remote position open to many US states with possible travel for meetings.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Licensed in at least two Oscar States in the US when applicable.
• Performs in outpatient virtual care with collaboration across care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority through a collaborative practice agreement.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed-loop communication with patients and other providers.
• Utilize remote exams and home monitoring tools for virtual visits.
• Participate in collaborative care model with nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, and behavioral health clinicians.
• Attend required meetings (huddles, case conferences) to support patient care.
• Provide feedback to improve operations and product features.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
