Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is hiring fluent Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioners to join our remote Virtual Health Assessment team. This is a remote role serving Oscar Health Insurance members.

You will provide high-quality virtual care, collaborate with physicians, and handle labs, imaging, and remote monitoring. We offer 4-day or 5-day schedules with various shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).
• 3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care.
• Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States: FL required, and TX/OH/NJ preferred.
• Demonstrated fluency in written and spoken Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority as part of a collaborative practice, consulting with Physicians on the care team for comprehensive care.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed-loop communication with patients and other providers.
• Use tooling to enable virtual exams including remote home monitoring equipment.
• Collaborate with a care team including RNs, medical assistants, PCPs, and behavioral health clinicians.
