Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is seeking fluent Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioners to join our remote Virtual Health Assessment team. You will provide high-quality virtual care, collaborate with physicians, and support members’ health goals within Oscar Health.

We offer 4-day and 5-day schedules, remote work from home, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, holidays, and 401(k). Florida license required; multi-state licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).
• 3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care.
• Licensed in at least 2 Oscar States.
• Must have FL License.
• Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority as part of a collaborative practice with Physicians.
• Follow up on labs, imaging and communication with patients and providers.
• Enable virtual exams with remote monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with care team including RNs, MAs, PCPs and behavioral health clinicians.
• Attend meetings to support patient care and service lines.
• Provide feedback to improve workflows and product features.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
