Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is hiring a bilingual Spanish-speaking Physician Assistant to join the remote Virtual Health Assessment team. This full-time role supports Oscar Health Insurance members with evaluation and management visits, reporting to the Director of Virtual Health Assessment.

The position requires GA licensure, 3+ years in outpatient Family/Internal/Primary Care, 2+ years of virtual care experience, and board certification.

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish required for patient interactions.
• 3+ years of outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care experience.
• 2+ years of virtual care delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority in collaboration with Physicians on the care team.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and ensure closed-loop communication with patients and other providers.
• Utilize remote exams and home monitoring tools for virtual assessments.
• Participate in a collaborative care model with nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, and other clinicians.
• Attend required meetings to support patient care and operations.
• Provide feedback to improve workflows and product features.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
