Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is seeking fluent Spanish-speaking Physician Assistants to join our remote Virtual Health Assessment team. The role supports Oscar Health Insurance members via virtual evaluations and may cross-train to assist other Oscar Medical Group teams, including Virtual Urgent Care.

We offer full-time, 4-day, 10-hour shifts (8:00 AM–7:00 PM) with shift choices during the application process. Remote work is available to numerous US states, with occasional travel for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
• Board Certification (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC) required.
• 3+ years in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• 2+ years delivering virtual care.
• Licensed in a minimum of 2 Oscar States (GA required).
• Spanish language fluency (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority in collaboration with physicians.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and communications with patients and providers.
• Utilize remote monitoring tools for virtual exams and care.
• Participate in collaborative care with nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, and other clinicians.
• Join required meetings supporting patient care and service lines.
• Provide feedback to improve operations and product features.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
