Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is hiring fluent Spanish-speaking Physician Assistants for a remote Virtual Health Assessment team. The role offers full-time 5-day schedules with day and evening shifts, from home across multiple states. Base pay ranges from $116,400 to $145,500 per year, plus benefits and annual bonuses.

Reports to the Director, Virtual Health Assessment. Qualifications include a DNP/FNP/ENP/PA from an accredited program, NCCPA/AANP/ANCC certification, 3+ years in outpatient settings, 2+

Qualifications

• Fluency in written and spoken Spanish.
• Certification as a PA/NP/ENP with board eligibility or certification.
• Experience delivering virtual care is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority in collaboration with physicians.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and communications with patients and providers.
• Utilize remote monitoring tools for virtual exams and care.
• Participate in collaborative care models with nurses, MAs, PCPs, behavioral health clinicians, and supervisors.
• Attend meetings to support patient care and service line initiatives.
• Provide feedback to improve workflows and product features.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
