Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is seeking a fluent Spanish-speaking Physician Assistant to join its remote Virtual Health Assessment team in a role requiring GA licensure. The job offers a 4‑day, 10‑hour schedule with shifts from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM and a base salary range of $116,400–$145,500 per year plus benefits and bonuses.

Responsibilities include virtual patient care, collaborative practice with physicians, and using remote monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA from an accredited program.
• Board Certification (NCCPA or AANP or ANCC).
• 3+ years experience in outpatient Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Primary Care.
• 2+ years of experience delivering virtual care.
• Licensed in a minimum of 2 core Oscar States, GA license required; other licenses (TX, FL or OH) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for patients in a virtual setting.
• Use prescriptive authority as part of a collaborative practice agreement, consulting with Physicians.
• Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed-loop communication with patients and other providers.
• Use tooling to allow virtual exams including remote home monitoring equipment and remote diagnostics.
• Participate in collaborative care with nurses, medical assistants, PCPs, and other clinicians.
• Attend meetings to support patient care (huddles, case conferencing, All Hands).
• Provide feedback to improve operational workflows and product features.
• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
