Job summary

Oscar Medical Group is hiring a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Urgent Care team. You will deliver patient care remotely via messaging and phone on Oscar's platform, reimagining how we diagnose, treat, and follow up with members.

This full-time remote role requires 3+ years in primary/urgent care and 2+ years telehealth, mid-career licensing in at least three states, and fluency in Spanish to complete a language assessment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish; reading, writing, and speaking fluency required.
• 3+ years in primary care, urgent care, ER or outpatient family medicine.
• 2+ years of telehealth experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical care virtually via phone and messaging.
• Align care with Oscar Medical Group guidelines and policies.
• Focus on efficiency and quality of care delivery.
• Ensure patient access to VUC services.
• Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers.
