Job summary

Hubexo is hiring a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts in a fully remote role within the United States. You will drive onboarding, product adoption, engagement, retention, and growth, ensuring customers realize measurable value from Hubexo's solutions.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to deliver a consistent customer experience and achieve GRR targets. A proactive, analytical approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio with retention/renewals.
• Proven track record of meeting renewal or retention targets.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription services, data solutions, or software products.
• Strong understanding of contract management and customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts through the lifecycle.
• Develop proactive account strategies focused on satisfaction, adoption, retention, and long-term value.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution to meet GRR targets.
• Identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies.
• Maintain renewal forecasts and address revenue risks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Ops, and Product to support growth and customer success.
