Job summary

Hubexo North America is hiring a Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of accounts, drive onboarding and product adoption, and ensure high renewal rates. The role emphasizes strategic engagement, renewal planning, and collaboration with Sales, Product, and Finance to maximize customer value.

The CSM will manage renewals, monitor health metrics, and act as a trusted advisor to align Hubexo solutions with client objectives, including driving expansion opportunities and customer lifecycle

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success or Account Management (B2B SaaS).
• Experience with renewals, retention, and measurable GRR/NRR targets.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts across lifecycle.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution to hit GRR targets.
• Drive onboarding, product adoption, and customer health monitoring.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Ops to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain accurate customer data and renewal forecasts in HubSpot.
