Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive, results-driven Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive long-term customer value through onboarding, product adoption, engagement, retention, and growth.

This role is remote in the United States and requires residing in an eligible state. You will own renewal strategies, manage risks, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to deliver a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B role.
• Proven track record of retention and renewal success.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription services, or data products.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts through lifecycle.
• Lead renewal planning, engagement, and execution to meet GRR targets.
