Job summary

Hubexo North America is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of customer accounts and drive long-term value through onboarding, adoption, engagement, and retention. This role carries revenue responsibilities, including renewals and GRR attainment, and requires collaboration across Sales, Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations.

The ideal candidate combines relationship-building with analytical skills and a track record of successful subscription renewals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B role.
• Experience managing a portfolio with renewals and retention targets.
• Experience with SaaS, subscription-based services, data solutions, or software products.
• Strong understanding of subscription renewals, contract management, and customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop proactive account strategies focused on satisfaction, adoption, retention, and long-term value.
• Own renewal planning, engagement, and execution to meet GRR targets.
• Identify at-risk accounts and implement retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Care, Product, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Maintain renewal forecasts and address revenue risks.
• Coordinate onboarding and activation to ensure successful adoption.
• Monitor health, usage, engagement, and satisfaction to drive improvement.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and prepare reports on account health and renewal activity.
