Job summary

QVC Group, a live social shopping company, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support HSN and handle inbound customer calls. This remote role requires residing in Georgia and offers bilingual English/Spanish interactions, problem-solving, and product promotion while managing a high-volume environment.

You will report to a Customer Service Supervisor and have opportunities for advancement across the QVC Group brands, with benefits starting day one and a supportive Total Rewards package

Qualifications

• At least 12 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist Spanish and English speaking customers via inbound calls.
• Promote products and increase sales while handling a high call volume.
• Resolve issues through problem solving and de-escalation.
• Process refunds, payments, and orders as needed.
• Report to a Customer Service Supervisor.
