Responsabilités

• Take inbound calls from existing customers, addressing inquiries about the program.
• Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls.
• Troubleshoot customer problems and identify the root cause.
• Meet standards of quality, adherence to schedule, and average handle time.
