Vimo is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our elite teams. You will deliver an amazing customer experience while working from home and supporting health insurance enrollment nationwide. Position offers $19.00 per hour, Spanish bilingual preferred, with performance incentives.

Training is paid for three weeks, and a private, dedicated workspace is required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Dedicated, private workspace.
• Personal device with functioning camera for training.
• Commitment to full attendance during 3-week training.
• Minimum internet speed 100 Mbps with ethernet.
• Cable/Fiber broadband with hard-wired ethernet connection.
• Not compatible with mobile internet or satellites.
• No Wi-Fi adapters/extenders.
