Job summary

Terex Utilities is hiring a Territory Sales Manager to drive market growth in the Southwest U.S. (AZ, NM, Southern Nevada). This remote, home-based role requires 50–75% travel to customer sites and close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.

You will focus on insulated digger derricks and aerial devices for public power and IOU customers. Responsibilities include developing territory plans, forecasting, and managing key accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales or related field with 4+ years of sales success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual territory business plan for AZ, NM, and Southern Nevada.
• Identify fleet replacement opportunities and long-term capital equipment plans.
• Forecast sales and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Manage pipeline and accounts using Salesforce and other tools.
• Engage with key accounts like Salt River Project, Tucson Electric, UniSource and APS.
• Collaborate with service team to ensure post-sale support and lifecycle value.
