Dura-Line, part of Orbia Connectivity Solutions, seeks an Area Sales Manager – Power Utility to drive growth across the U.S. South Central District. This remote, field-based role requires 75% travel and close collaboration with utilities, distributors, and engineering partners.

You will set quarterly targets, develop strategies, and manage margins across the territory. The position emphasizes relationship building, pricing discipline, and accurate forecasting, with engagement across Operations,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Power Utility/electrical industry or related markets.
• Strong prospecting and sales call experience across distributed channel partners.
• Comfortable traveling approx. 75% and working remotely.

Responsabilités

• Own sales performance across assigned territories and set quarterly goals.
• Develop and execute growth strategies for the Power Utility market.
• Build long-term relationships with utilities, distributors, contractors, engineering firms, and other partners.
• Identify and pursue new customers and business opportunities.
• Develop strategic relationships with key decision-makers at end-user accounts.
• Implement pricing strategies that support profitable growth.
• Forecast monthly sales volumes and provide visibility into upcoming needs.
• Analyze performance data to manage territory against budget and drive margin.
